How do I choose my correct size ?
In order to find the perfect size for you, we have created a personalized Size Guide for Nalhoni. You can find it in each of our product page.
Can I change or cancel my order ? My order information is incorrect, can I change it ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your order. We therefore invite you to check the details of your products, your email address and the delivery address.
In case of major problems, please contact customer service as soon as possible (some orders can take up to 48 hours to be fully processed), at the following address: email@example.com . We will do our best to help you.
LOGIN AND CHECKOUT
What is my login ?
If you have already purchased anything from us, your login corresponds to the email address you used last time.
Otherwise, you must use your email address to register.
If you are not sure if you have already created a NALHONI account, we advise you to try logging in with your email address to see if it is already registered in our database. If your email address is registered with us, we invite you to reset your password.
How do I reset my password ?
It's very simple! You just have to go to "My account" and then "Login". Click on the button " Forgot your password ? " . All you have to do is enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a reset link.
What methods of payment do you accept ?
NALHONI accepts most credit cards, as well as Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure payment system, which guarantees the security of your data.
Why won't my payment go through ?
Sometimes the payment may not want to go through. This may be due to a weak Internet connection, incorrect information, a problem with your bank account or simply an error during the ordering process.
If your payment still fails, we advise you to contact your bank to make sure that the account/card you are using authorizes international payments (our brand is based in France).
As a last resort, we invite you to try a different payment method.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUND
What destinations does Nalhoni ship to ?
NALHONI ships to most countries. However, due to transport limitations, we are not able to deliver to all countries. Please check that the country you wish to be delivered to is on our list.
How do I return / exchange an item ?
In order to return a product, you just have to send it back to us at the following address:

You have 10 days from receipt of the product to return it to us. After this period, no return will be accepted. Each return must be posted accompanied by a tracking number, at the customer's expense, so that we can best track its delivery.
Once the package is received by us, we will refund you the full amount of your item/order.
A refund will therefore be made within 15 days of receipt of the package, only if all the conditions in the returns policy have been met. You can find our returns policy by clicking here
Is it possible to exchange my product?
Yes, it is possible to exchange your item. To do so, we invite you to contact us at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a return form. This form must be completed and returned with your order. The return costs will be at your expense and the package must be accompanied by a tracking number so that we can see its delivery.
In case of an exchange concerning a defective item, please contact us at the following address email@example.com and tell us your problem by attaching photos. We will send you a return form and we will arrange with you for the return.
What is the average delivery time ?
The delivery time varies depending on where you wish to be delivered. All our orders are shipped from France within 48 hours after receipt of your request.
Here is an approximate delivery time:
France: 2-3 days once sent
Europe: 5-8 days once sent
Rest of the world: 7-14 days once sent
How can I track my order ?
We undertake to send each of your orders by Colissimo, allowing you to easily track the delivery of your package. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, as well as a number allowing you to track your package easily.
Theft, loss and any deterioration of the parcels, once delivered to the postal services, are no longer our responsibility.
Will I be charged custom duties and taxes ?
It is possible that you may have to pay taxes upon receipt of your package (except for metropolitan France and French overseas departments and territories). We are not responsible for these possible taxes, and their value is to be added to that of your finalized order.
